State run Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) all set to launch exciting new High Speed 2 Mbps Broadband plan at effective cost of just Rs. 25 per month.After making 512Kbps minimum download speed in all broadband plans; MTNL the No1 ISP in Mumbai, has decided to offer affordable Broadband connection to every home for just Rs.25 a month. As per our internal source, MTNL will introduce “Broaband Every Home” plan from 20th Feb’2012. The new plan is specially tailored for all casual Internet users. All existing MTNL landline customers can opt this plan to access Broadband at affordable price point. However, customer is required to pay monthly Rs. 50 towards modem charges if MTNL ADSL Modem opted. MTNL aims to increase Broadband penetration in India and provide affordable broadband to every home.
