Micromax launches push mail enabled Q80 handset

Micromax Informatics Limited has announced the launch of their first push email (ezmail) powered phone - the Q80 - which is a 3G and WiFi enabled QWERTY phone with an optical track pad.

Ezmail is a push email service from Micromax that allows users to receive their mails instantly. Q80 is a dual SIM phone that is designed to run both 3G and 2G enabled SIMs.

The phone features a 3.0 megapixel camera with face and smile detection, and also a front camera of 0.3 megapixel for making video calls. The phone has a music player with built-in Yamaha amplifier for better music quality. The Q80 has a 2.4 inch TFT QVGA screen with an optical trackpad and preloaded applications like Opera Mini, Snaptu, Bloomberg UTV, ngpay, Burnout, Newshunt, Facebook, Nimbuzz etc.
The phone comes with stereo speakers, universal 3.5 mm audio jack, internal memory of 68MB that is expandable up to 8GB. Q80 has a 1200mAh Li-on Battery with a standby time of up to 130 hours and talk time of up to five hours.
Q80 is available at a market operating price of Rs 4999.
